Yup, you read it right – chicken fish ramen. It is served with a chicken broth containing fish powder… (?) I decided on this one because I had the same reaction reading it too & curiosity got the better of me.
Also with served the ramen is half a boiled egg, poached chicken breast pieces, snowpea sprouts & bamboo shoots. The broth was rather salty & the huge bowl that it was served in makes the serving look small as it was only almost half a bowl. Knowing that there are other good ramen places around, I am uncertain if I will be back here again.
