If you had seen my previous post, you would have seen that one of my favourite Thai restaurants on the Gold Coast is Boonchu Thai.
The pork curry was a dry curry so it was packed with flavour. Cooked with thinly sliced pork & because it is a dry curry, the curry caramelises on the edges of the slices. Pretty spicy though.
The beef massaman is absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly cooked potatoes, melt in your mouth pieces of beef & of course, coconutty curry that you can drown your rice in. Yum!
