While on holidays, we decided to go explore the southern end of the Gold Coast which we don’t get to very often.
While looking for a car park & finding one more than a block from where we intended to go, we stumbled upon a newly open (only been open for several weeks) cafe! What a great find it was.
I tried the New York benedict which is egg benedict served with asparagus. It was really good. I discovered that asparagus goes really well with hollandaise..
