Pepper smoked salmon, baby spinach, parsley, olives, pumpkin, parmesan cheese, corn, brown rice & quinoa with honey lime coriander dressing wrap from Sumo Salad

The salad from the previous day’s lunch (see previous post) was sooo good that I ended up going back to Sumo Salad again the next day. This time though, I tried their wrap which you can choose & customise the ingredients you want. 

I went for the Pepper smoked salmon, baby spinach, parsley, olives, pumpkin, parmesan cheese, corn, brown rice & quinoa with honey lime coriander dressing. It wa absolutely delicious & I would definitely get that again!
