Chocolate tart topped with strawberries 

This may look the same but it is different to the chocolate strawberry tart I made previously. 

This time, I made a chocolate ganache (melt chocolate in hot cream plus a small knob of butter) for the filling & poured it into the baked pastry casing (store bought shortcrust pastry blind baked) & then topped with strawberries cutter into half & refrigerate till set. 

Simple & yummy! Took it to a dinner with friends for dessert & had a lot of raving about it 😉
