Fuji Bun from Breadtop

I love my Asian bakeries. Growing up in Malaysia which used to be a British colony, we had the best of both worlds when it came to bread & cakes & desserts! 

While there are not many Asian bakeries here, sometimes all you want is a fluffy & soft bread that is the Asian influence to it. This here is a plain bun but do not underestimate it. It is a brioche like roll with layers of a crossoint with a slightly sweet glaze over the top! Soooooo good!
