Fried rice with leftover roast chicken & vegetables 

I love it when a roast chicken keeps going where leftovers can be made into so many other meals! Leftover roast chicken, cook it in a hot wok with veggies of your choice – zucchini, carrots, cabbage & brocolli were mine. Then add in cooked rice & mix through. Add a splash of soy sauce & sesame oil for taste & fragrant plus a dash of grounded white pepper.
