This is so simple. I basically place 2 pieces of chicken breast in a pot, add chopped carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic & ginger. Then pour in enough water to cover the ingredients & place 2 dried bay leaves in there for extra flavour. Leave to boil & once it is boiled, add salt & pepper to taste & leave to simmer till ready for a meal. It is that easy!
To make a separate meal or for something a little bit more, cook up some noodles & add it to your bowl of soup as I did for dinner.
