Boiling a big pot of water & drop in peeled potatoes which I quarter up for quicker cooking.. Then I place a steamer pot/attachment & place some sliced pumpkin in there. Then allow that to boil/steam to cook. In a pan with a bit of oil, cook up the sausages & make up instant gravy. When potatoes are softened, mash it up with milk, salt & butter. Once done, it is ready to serve.
