Banana, coconut, oat & raisin muffins

These were so good & loved by everyone! 

First place the banana, 250 grams of softened butter & half a cup of brown sugar into a mixer & start mixing. Then add 4 eggs & a cup of milk & continue mixing. Then add a cup of shredded coconut, 2 cups of self raising flour & mix till combined. Then stir in a cup of oats & a cup of sultanas & divide batter into muffin wrappers. Bake for 40 minutes till golden brown & they are ready for snacks & breakfasts! So simple & so good!
