Homemade muesli bar

  
This is one yummy sugar free recipe. I basically place a whole lot of yummy healthy stuff that I like in a bowl such as oats, shaved coconut, raisins, sultanas, broken up rice cakes, rice bran flakes, toasted pearl barley, pepita seeds, sunflower seeds, mixed nuts & bind it together with rice malt syrup. Then place it in a slice tray lined with baking paper. Try to flatten it as much as you can. Then bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool & rest then cut up into slices. So good & so yummy. I am so addicted to this & even hubs love it too!
