Sliced steak, mashed sweet potato with gravy, blanched broccoli & fried egg

Hubs had been out playing soccer today so I made him something that was high in protein for dinner.

I had half a steak left over from dinner the other night so I sliced it up thinly & place on griddle. I placed 2 small sweet potatoes peeled & cutted with some water in the microwave, heat for 4 minutes. I also boiled a kettle of water & pour it over come chopped broccoli to blanch. Also, add an egg on the griddle to fry. Once the sweet potato is ready, drain but leave a bit of water & mash. Flip egg, turn off the heat & let the remaining heat cook the egg. Use s tablespoon of gravy & some water to make gravy. Drain the broccoli & it is all ready to serve!

Hubby’s review: It was so good, just what he needed!
