New Year healthy eating challenge: Day 1 – Watermelon 

One important thing to remember for the next 2 weeks of this health challenge is to ensure that we remain hydrated. So other than water, tea & our cup of coffee a day (all with no sugar) I am ensuring that we have vegetables like celery, lettuce & cucumber and fruits like watermelon & citrus which all have high water content to help hydration. Besides hydration, each of them have their values & nutrients that are good for our bodies & on a plus side, they are in season for summer!
