Simple ingredients that are always found in my kitchen & “cooked” easily in the microwave. Some frozen peas & corn as well as 2 cubes of frozen spinach in the microwave. Then chicken stock goes into the bowl (I get all natural ones with no additives) & heated up for about 3-4 minutes. Then adding an egg & back in the microwave for 3 minutes. A dash of white pepper & it is ready to be enjoyed.
