Fried Rice

  
I always make a little too much rice with the intention to make fried rice the following day. Bulked up with a variety of chopped veggies, the hardest part of this meal is chopping up all the vege – carrots, garlic, cabbage, brocolli, celery, peas & corn. There is also chopped up cocktail frankfurts & fried egg in it. Simple, quick & healthy.
