Poached Fish with Green Beans & Carrots topped with Fried Ginger & Garlic

  
A simple & healthy meal.. Quick & easy to prepare too.. I basically place the fish & vege into a pan with a bit of water & while it cooks, I fry up the garlic & ginger in some oil. Once the the ginger & garlic are golden brown & crispy, I remove them from the oil, add a bit of light soy & sesame oil.. All of this gets poured over the fish & vege once they are cooked & plated.
