Quick & easy overnight oats (made with almond milk) with brown sugar, diced Granny Smith apples & topped with sunflower seed, pepitas & sultanas.

Place the filling in a jar, add rolled oats into the jar, fill with almond milk till it covers the oats, I made a few layers including adding some diced fresh Granny Smith apples, a sprinkle of brown sugar & sultanas till I fill the jar, then I top it with some sunflower seeds, sultanas & pepita seeds for some crunch.

Makes a quick, easy & yummy lunch or breakfast!
