Satay are marinated meat skewers, usually, chicken or beef (pic: chicken) grilled over charcoals to give it a burnish taste. These are usually served with pieces of cucumbers & ketupat which are boiled rice dumplings cooked in coconut leaf casings cutted into cubes as well as a spiced peanut sauce.
